EED226-COOH is an EED226-derived ligand for target protein EED ligand for PROTAC, binds to a ligand for VHL via linker to form UNC6852 (HY-130708) to degrade PRC2[1]. IC50 & Target: EED[1] In Vitro: PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein. PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins.
