IC50 & Target:IC50: 7 μM (Tyrosyl-DNA Phosphodiesterase 1)[1]
In Vitro:TDP1 Inhibitor-1 (Compound 41a) (100 μM) exhibits TDP1 inhibition with the percentage inhibition of 92%[1].
TDP1 Inhibitor-1 shows cytotoxicity against CCRF-CEM, DU145, A549, and Huh7 cells with IC50 values of 2.63, 4.29, 1.53 and 2.78 μM[1].
TDP1 Inhibitor-1 (1.25-5 μM, 96 h) increases the cytotoxicity of Camptothecin (HY-16560) against MCF-7 cells[1].
