S-Gboxin, a functional analogue of Gboxin, inhibits growth of mouse and human glioblastoma (GBM) with an IC50 of 470 nM[1]. Antitumour activity[1]. In Vivo: S-Gboxin retains excellent metabolic stability, enhanced plasma stability, and PK-properties suitable for in vivo studies. S-Gboxin (10 mg/kg/day; intraperitoneally) inhibits glioblastoma (GBM) growth in vivo[1].
