BSJ-03-123 is a PROTAC connected by ligands for Cereblon and CDK as a potent and novel CDK6-selective small-molecule degrader. IC50 & Target:CDK6, PROTAC[1] In Vitro: BSJ-03-123 (BSJ) causes a pronounced anti-proliferative effect in CDK6-dependent AML cell lines by inducing a G1 cell-cycle arrest without a measurable increase in apoptosis[1].
