N3-PEG3-vc-PAB-MMAE is a synthesized agent-linker conjugate for ADC that incorporates the MMAE (a tubulin inhibitor ) and 3-unit PEG linker. N3-PEG3-vc-PAB-MMAE shows potent antitumor activity. N3-PEG3-vc-PAB-MMAE is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. It can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups. In Vitro: Monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE; SGD-1010) is a synthetic derivative of Dolastatin 10 and functions as a potent mitotic inhibitor by inhibiting tubulin polymerization. MMAE is widely used as a cytotoxic component of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) to treat several different cancer types.
