Esperamicin A1, as an extremely potent antitumor antibiotic, is isolated from cultures of Actinomadura verrucosospora. Esperamicin A1 can be used for the research of antitumor[1]. Eesperamicin A1 is a click chemistry reagent, itcontains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
