Carvone is a ketone monoterpene found in the essential oils from plants of the genus Mentha. Carvone has such effects as anticancer, antimicrobial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, antinociceptive, anticonvulsant[1]. In Vitro:The active form of Carvone are mainly (S)-(+)-Carvone (HY-W013579) and (-)-Carvone (HY-W017423)[1].
