Paeonilactone B is a monoterpene with neuroprotective effect against oxidative stress. Paeonilactone B protects rat cortical cells against H2O2-induced neurotoxicity[1]. In Vitro: Paeonilactone B (0.1-10 μM; 1 h) inhibits H2O2-induced (50 μM; 24 h) neurotoxicity in primary cultures of rat cortical cells[1].
