ATP disodium salt, 100mM Solution, PCR Grade can activate the NLRP3 inflammasome and induce IL-1β and chemokines secretion. ATP disodium salt, 100mM Solution, PCR Grade has anti-bacterial infection effects and can protect mice against bacterial infection in mice[1][2][3][4]. In Vitro:ATP (5 mM; 1 hour) disodium salt, 100mM Solution, PCR Grade co-treatment with LPS (1 μg/mL) has a synergistic effect on the activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome in HGFs[3].
