Pseudoisocyanine iodide (1,1'-Diethyl-2,2'-cyanine iodide) is an inhibitor of organic cation transporters (OCT1, OCT2, OCT3) and plasma membrane monoamine transporter (PMAT). Pseudoisocyanine iodide has antidepressant activity[1][2]. In Vivo:Pseudoisocyanine iodide (0.1-0.32 mg/kg; intraperitoneal injection; single dose) combined with Fluvoxamine (HY-B0103) exerts antidepressant activity in mice[2].
