PF 750 is a selective, covalent and brain-penetrant fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH) inhibitor. PF 750 covalently carbamylates FAAH's catalytic serine nucleophile to inactivate the enzyme[1][2]. IC50 & Target:IC50: 16.2-595 nM (FAAH)[1]. In Vitro:PF 750 (5-60 mins) inhibits FAAH with IC50 values of 16.2-595 nM[2]. In Vivo:PF-750 (10-30 mg/kg, i.p.) is highly selective for FAAH in mouse brain membrane proteomes[2].
