Neurotoxin Inhibitor is a neurotoxin inhibitor. Neurotoxin Inhibitor promotes the expression of DJ-1 protein, reduces the level of oxidative stress, and thereby protects dopaminergic neurons. Neurotoxin Inhibitor can be used for the study of Parkinson's disease[1].
In Vitro:Neurotoxin Inhibitor (0.1-5 μM, 24 h) dose-dependently upregulates the expression of DJ-1 protein in SH-SY5Y cells and primary cortical neurons of mice[1].
Neurotoxin Inhibitor (24 h) effectively alleviates the excessive oxidative stress in SH-SY5Y cells treated with MPP⁺ (HY-W008719)[1].
