2'-Deoxycytidine, a deoxyribonucleoside, can inhibit biological effects of Bromodeoxyuridine (Brdu). 2'-Deoxycytidine is essential for the synthesis of nucleic acids, that can be used for the research of cancer[1][2]. In Vivo:2'-Deoxycytidine (25 mg/kg, i.v., 4 times, from 8 days to 16 days) inhibits tumor growth in mice inoculated SP2/0 myeloma cells[2].
