Ectylurea，a N-acylurea，can be used in studies of tension and anxiety symptoms, has no effect on the autonomic nervous system, and has no convulsive, analgesic or antispasmodic activity in animals[1].
In Vivo:Ectylurea (0-500 mg/kg, i.p., once, 20 min) can significantly cause changes in motor coordination in mice in a dose dependent manner[2].
