E3 ligase Ligand 80 (Compound S4) is an E3 ligase ligand that can be used in the recruitment of DCAF16 protein. E3 ligase Ligand 80 can be used to synthesis of PROTAC BRD4 degrader JQ1-JX5 (HY-183575)[1]. In Vitro: PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein. PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins.
