Neurodazine is a neurogenic inducer, serve as a promoter of neurogenesisin pluripotent cells. Neurodazine promotes neurogenesis by activating Wnt and Shh signaling pathways.[1][2].
In Vitro:Neurodazine (5 μM; 1-10 d) treatment induces the expression of neuron-specific markers in P19 cells[1].
Neurodazine selectively suppresses astrocyte differentiation of P19 cells[1].
