HMMNI (Hydroxy dimetridazole) is a hydroxy metabolite of Dimetridazole (HY-B1244). Dimetridazole is a nitroimidazole class drug that combats protozoan infections[1][2]. In Vitro:HMMNI exhibits antiprotozoal activity, inhibits Trichomonas foetus with an ED50 of 1.6 μg/mL[2].
