ADS103317 is an analog of Afatinib (HY-10261). ADS103317 weakly inhibits MCH-1R. Afatinib is an EGFR inhibitor. ADS103317 can be used in research related to non-small cell lung cancer[1][2]. In Vitro:ADS103317 (1 μM) shows minimal inhibition (7%) of 125I-[Phe13,Tyr19]-MCH binding to human MCH-1R membranes at 1 μM[2].
