AZD5597 is an inhibitor of CDK with IC50 values of both 2 nM for CDK1 and CDK2. AZD5597 can inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells and has anti-tumor activity[1]. IC50 & Target:IC50: 2 nM (CDK2), 2 nM (CDK1), 39 nM (LoVo)[1] In Vitro:AZD5597 (48 h) has an IC50 of 0.039 μM for inhibiting BrdU incorporation in LoVo cells[1]. In Vivo:AZD5597 (15 mg/kg; intraperitoneal injection; intermittent injection; 3 weeks) has anti-tumor activity in a mouse model of colon adenocarcinoma[1].
