In Vivo:ABC294735 (50 mg/kg; p.o.; daily Monday to Friday) delays renal cell carcinoma xenograft tumor growth, and co-administration with sorafenib enhances tumor cell apoptosis and reduces pro-survival ERK signaling without overt toxicity[1].
