JAK-IN-10 is a JAK inhibitor. JAK-IN-10 can be used for the research of dry eye disorders[1]. JAK-IN-10 is a click chemistry reagent, itcontains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups. IC50 & Target: JAK[1] In Vitro: JAK kinases are a family of cytoplasmic protein tyrosine kinases including JAK1, JAK2, JAK3 and TYK2. Each of the JAK kinases is selective for the receptors of certain cytokines, though multiple JAK kinases may be affected by particular cytokine or signaling pathways[1].
