CZC-8004 (CZC-00008004) is a pan-kinase inhibitor. CZC-8004 has IC50 values of 650 and 437 nM for EGFR WT and VEGFR2 V916M, respectively. CZC-8004 can be used in the study of cancer[1][2]. In Vitro:CZC-8004 (1 μM) shows certain targeting ability to H1975 cells with VEGFR2 V916M mutation in human cancer cell lines CRL2064 (wild type), PC9G (EGFR T790M), H3122CR1 (ALK L1196M) and H1975 (VEGFR2 V916M)[1].
