Introduction of 9026-12-4 :

Ribonulease T1, Aspergillus oryzae (Rnase T1), is commonly used in biochemical research. Ribonuclease T1 is an endonuclease that can specifically degrade single stranded RNA. Ribonuclease T1 can form nucleoside 2 ', 3 '-cyclic phosphoric acid intermediates to cut the phosphodiester bond between 3' -guanosine residues and adjacent nucleoside 5 '-OH groups to produce 3' -GMP terminal oligonucleotides[1]. In Vitro: Product Information
Molecular weight: 11.2 kDa monomer
Inhibitors: metal ions Mg2+, Ca2+, Zn2+, Fe2+, Cu2+ (100 mM MgCl2 has an inhibition rate of about 40%, 10 mM CaCl2 has an inhibition rate of about 30%); mononucleotides (2’-GMP, 3’-GMP, etc.); guanylate-2’,5’-guanosine is a specific inhibitor
Storage solution: 50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.4), 50% (v/v) glycerol

Digestion of RNA
It is recommended to add 0.2 μL RNase T1 per μg RNA, dissolved in 50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5) and 1 mM EDTA. Incubate at 37°C for 30 min.
