In Vitro:STF-118804 (6.25-25 nM, 72 h) reduces viability and growth of different pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cells (PaTu8988t, Panc-1, Su86.86, Panc04.03)[1].
In Vivo:STF-118804 (25 mg/kg, i.p., 3 weeks) demonstrates antitumor activity in an orthotopic mouse model of PDAC (Panc-1)[1].
STF-118804 (50 mg/kg, s.c., 20 days) improves survival in an orthotopic xenotransplant mouse model of high-risk acute lymphoblastic leukemia[2].
