IMesCuCl is a neutral (NHC) copper (I) complex. IMesCuCl exhibits cytotoxic activity against cancer cells. IMesCuCl can be used in the research of breast cancer, lung cancer, melanoma and glioma[1]. In Vitro:IMesCuCl (Compound 11) inhibits the growth of MCF-7, SK-Mel-28 and HS-683 cells after 72 h, with IC50 values of 1.45, 0.42 and 0.41 μM, respectively[1].
