AMG-Tie2-1 is an inhibitor of tunica interna endothelial cell kinase 2 (Tie2) with an IC50 of 1 nM. AMG-Tie2-1 is a VEGFR2 inhibitor with an IC50 of 3 nM[1]. In Vitro: AMG-Tie2-1 (compound 15) inhibits Tie-2 phosphorylation in EA.hy926 human endothelial cells (IC50=10 nM).
