MRS2603 is a pyridoxal derivative. MRS2603 antagonized both P2Y1 and P2Y13 receptors[1]. In Vitro:MRS2603 inhibits phospholipase C (PLC) responses to 30 nM 2-methylthio-ADP (HY-108648A) in human P2Y1 receptor-mediated 1321N1 astrocytoma cells, with an IC50 of 0.245 μM[1].
