ME-143 is a second-generation tumor-specific inhibitor of NADH oxidase. ME-143 inhibits the WNT/β-catenin pathway in colorectal cancer cells. ME-143 has broadly active against cancers in vitro and in vivo[1]. IC50 & Target:NADH oxidase[1] In Vitro: ME-143 (0-100 μM; 48 hours) reduces proliferation of DLD1 cell line by approximately 40% at a concentration of 3.125 μM, and is more potent than Genistein[1].
