IKKβ and IKKα are core molecules in the canonical NF-κB pathway and non-canonical NF-κB pathway, respectively[1]. In Vitro:6-Chloro-7-deazaguanine (Compound 63) does not inhibit recombinant IKKα or IKKβ activity, with a Ki value >30 μM for both kinases[1].
