Introduction of 81117-35-3 :

N-Nonyldeoxynojirimycin (NN-DNJ) is a deoxynojirimycin derivative with a hydrophobic long chain. N-Nonyldeoxynojirimycin is an orally active inhibitor of acid α-glucosidase (IC50: 0.42 μM) and α-1,6-glucosidase (IC50: 8.4 μM). N-Nonyldeoxynojirimycin has activities of inhibiting glycogen breakdown, anti-virus and anti-tumor. N-Nonyldeoxynojirimycin also has insecticidal effects, with an LD50 of 5 mM for adults of Bemisia tabaci[1][2][3][4]. In Vitro:N-Nonyldeoxynojirimycin (0-200 μM; 3 days) inhibits the secretion of infectious bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV) in MDBK cells with an IC50 of 2.5 μM[1]. In Vivo:N-Nonyldeoxynojirimycin (10-250 mg/kg; dietary administration; 1-120 days) can induce glycogen accumulation in the liver and skeletal muscles of mice[2].
N-Nonyldeoxynojirimycin (dietary administration) reduces tumor growth and ganglioside content with fewer side effects compared to Miglustat (HY-17020) in C57BL/6 mice bearing CT-2A tumors[3].
