AHR-10037 is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent with low gastric toxicity. AHR-10037 is a prodrug converted in vivo to a cyclooxygenase inhibitor[1]. In Vitro:AHR-10037 suppresses acute (Evans blue-carrageenan pleural effusion) and chronic (adjuvant-induced arthritis) inflammation[1].
