Introduction of 776-86-3 :

Isoscopoletin (6-Hydroxy-7-methoxycoumarin) is an active constituent in Artemisia argyi leaves. Isoscopoletin shows substantial inhibition against cell proliferation, with IC50s of 4.0 μM and 1.6 μM for human CCRF-CEM leukaemia cells and multidrug resistant subline CEM/ADR5000, respectively[1]. Isoscopoletin (6-Hydroxy-7-methoxycoumarin) possesses inhibitory activity against HBV replication[2]. Isoscopoletin exhibits anti-inflammatory activity through inhibition of MAPK/NF-κB/STAT/AKT signaling pathway[3]. In Vitro:Isoscopoletin (4-100 μg/mL, 12 days) inhibits the secretion of HBsAg (hepatitis B virus surface antigen) and HBeAg (hepatitis B virus e antigen), reduces HBV DNA levels, exhibits inhibitory activity against HBV replication[2].
Isoscopoletin (0-40 μM, 24 h) inhibits intracellular glucose consumption and lactate production, blocks glycolysis and the energy supply of tumor cells, leading to the inhibition of HepG2 proliferation[3].
Isoscopoletin (0-40 μM, 1 h) inhibits the inhibited the secretion of TARC, MDC, MCP-1, IL-8 and IL-1β induced by TNF-α/IFN-γ in HaCaT cell, inhibits the secretion of IL-4 induced by PMA (HY-18739)/Ionomycin (HY-13434) in RBL-2H3 cells[4].
