DSLET ([D-Ser2, Leu5, Thr6]-enkephalin) is a highly specific agonist of the δ-receptor. DSLET is an enkephalin-related peptide selectively bound to the δ opioid receptor[1][2]. In Vitro:DSLET (0.1-1000 μM) inhibits Cholera toxin (CT; HY-P1446)-induced cAMP production in a dose-dependent manner[1].
