Dihydralazine sulfate is a vasodilator and an antihypertensive agent[1][2]. In Vivo:Dihydralazine sulfate (i.v.; 0.1 to 2 mg/kg; single doses) inhibits haemorrhagic hypotension without any concomitant fall in cerebral blood flow (CBF), in rats with renal hypertension (RHR) and spontaneous hypertension (SHR).
