Aplodan (Creatinol O-phosphate) is an antiischemic and antiarrhythmic agent. Aplodan has a protective action on cell membrane. Aplodan has the potential for the research of ischemic heart or acute myocardial infarction [1][2][3][4][5][6]. In Vitro:Aplodan (1-10 mM; 30 min) can decrease Phosphocreatine and ATP signals in isolated heart of Xenopus Africanus and affect cardiometabolic metabolism in the 31P NMR spectroscopy study[1].
