CAY10464 (AHR antagonist 7; compound 4j) is a selective and high-affinity aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) antagonist with a Ki of 1.4 nM[1]. In Vitro:In HepG2 cells, CAY10464 (100 nM) inhibits CYP1A1 mRNA expression, and reverses the suppressive effect of Benzo[a]pyrene on apolipoprotein A-I (apo A-I) gene expression[2].
