AL-3138 (11-Deoxy-16-fluoro PGF2α) is a prostaglandin F2 alpha (PGF2alpha) analogue that antagonises FP prostaglandin receptor-mediated inositol phosphate production[1].
In Vitro: AL-3138 acts on A7r5 cells and 3T3 cells with the EC50 values of 72.2 nM and 20.5 nM, respectively. Besides, AL-3138 against fluprostenol in A7r5 cells is determined to be: Ki = 296 nM and Kb= 182 nM[1].
