Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE is a agent-linker conjugate for ADC. Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE contains the ADCs linker (peptide Val-Cit-PAB) and a potent tubulin inhibitor MMAE (HY-15162). MMAE a potent mitotic inhibitor by inhibiting tubulin polymerization. In Vitro:ADCs are comprised of an antibody to which is attached an ADC cytotoxin through an ADC linker.
