CID 2011756 is an ATP competitive PKD inhibitor, with an IC50 of 3.2 µM for PKD1 in cell free assay, and also shows cellular pan-PKD inhibitory activity against PKD2 and PKD3 (IC50, 0.6 and 0.7 µM, respectively). CID 2011756 also has antitumor activity. IC50 & Target: IC50: 3.2 µM (PKD1), 0.6 µM (Cellular PKD2), 0.7 µM (Cellular PKD3)[1] In Vitro: CID 2011756 is an ATP-competitive PKD1 inhibitor, with an IC50 of 3.2 µM. CID 2011756 decreases the phosphorylation of endogenous PKD1 Ser916 in LNCaP cancer cells with an EC50 of 10±0.7 µM. CID 2011756 also has cellular pan-PKD inhibitory effects, with IC50s of 0.6±0.1 µM and 0.7±0.2 µM for PKD2 and PKD3, respectively[1].
