L-Hyoscyamine sulfate is a levo-isomer to Atropine (HY-B1205)[1][2]. In Vivo: L-Hyoscyamine sulfate (Daturine sulfate; 5-20 mg/kg; iv) prolongs the migrating MMC cycle length[1].
