Introduction of 61970-00-1 :

Luciferase, firefly is the light-emitting enzyme responsible for the bioluminescence of fireflies and click beetles. Luciferase, firefly catalytic substrate is D-luciferin (HY-12591B)[1]. In Vitro:Luciferase, firefly monitors changes in ATP concentration in different regions within HL-1 cells and outside the cells[1].
In Vivo:Luciferase, firefly (labels HEK293 cells stably expressing pmeLUC; i.p. or intramass injection) can measure the ATP concentration in the tumor microenvironment in real-time in the mouse tumor model inoculated with HEK293 cells stably expressing pmeLUC[1].
Luciferase, firefly can clearly monitor the growth of cancer cells in a mouse model in which RENCALUC cells are inoculated subcutaneously[2].
