IC50 & Target: Calcium channel[1] In Vivo: β-Amino Acid Imagabalin Hydrochloride had been in phase III clinical trials for the treatment of generalised anxiety disorders. However, this research has been discontinued[2]. β-Amino Acid Imagabalin Hydrochloride had been also in phase I clinical trials for the treatment of chronic kidney disease[3].
