In Vitro:2-Hydroxyquinoline exhibits potent inhibitory activity against α-Amylase (HY-B2193) with an IC50 of 130.5 µg/mL[1].
2-Hydroxyquinoline exhibits the strongest inhibitory activity against α-glucosidase with an IC50 of 64.4 µg/mL[1].
