In Vitro: 1-Phenylpropane-1,2-dione binds to SARS-CoV-2 helicase (PDB ID: 5RMM) with a binding affinity of −11.07 kcal/mol, forming hydrogen bonds with SER486, ASN516, and ASN177 and a hydrophobic interaction with HIS554[1].
