In Vitro:Etomidate acid (Compound 35) inhibits the binding of [3H]Metyrapol to rat adrenal membranes, with a mean Ki value of 38830 nM[1].
Etomidate acid inhibits the binding of [131I]IMTO to rat adrenal membranes, with a mean Ki value of 104910 nM[1].
