In Vivo: Co-infusion of Propane-1,2,3-triyl tripalmitate (12.5 μmol/h; infusion) with Glycerol tristearate enhances the digestion, absorption and lymphatic transport of Glycerol tristearate in rats with intestinal lymph fistula, resulting in a net lymphatic TG output rate of 41.9% and a lymphatic transport index of 48.8% relative to the total infused dose[1].
