Alloclamide is a competitive antihistamine compound targeting the H1 histamine receptor. Alloclamide‘s core regulatory mechanism involves competitive binding to the H1 histamine receptor, blocking the activation of the receptor by histamine molecules and inhibiting various allergy-related biological responses mediated by histamine. Alloclamide can be used in allergy-related research[1]. In Vitro:Alloclamide (prepared as a 400 mg/L stock solution in methanol; diluted with 0.04 M Brij35 pH 7.4 buffer) yields retention parameters log k of 1.89 (0.02 M Brij35), 1.55 (0.04 M Brij35), and 1.45 (0.06 M Brij35) under chromatographic detection conditions of 36.5 ℃ and 240 nm[1].
