In Vivo:JNJ-10181457 (10 mg/kg, i.p., 60 min) reverses Imetit (HY-101173, 3 mg/kg, s.c.)-induced water licking in rats and Scopolamine (HY-N0296, 0.06 mg/kg, i.p.)-induced increasing of incorrect responding in DNMTP task[1].
