Soyasapogenol A is a triterpenoid aglycone of soyasaponins. Soyasapogenol A has activities such as anti-inflammation, anti-cancer, hepatoprotection and anti-HSV-1. Soyasapogenol A can be used in the research of tumors and immune inflammatory diseases[1][2][3]. In Vitro:Soyasapogenol A (0-0.5 mg/mL; in the form of concentrated extract; 24-72 h) can inhibit the proliferation of Hep-G2 cells (LC50: 0.052 mg/mL) and induce cell cycle arrest and apoptosis[1]. In Vivo:Soyasapogenol A (2 mg; subcutaneous injection; twice) exerts ameliorative effects in Concanavalin A (HY-P2149)-induced hepatitis model[2].
