Introduction of 5041-82-7 :

Isorhamnetin-3-O-glucoside is an orally active natural compound. Isorhamnetin 3-O-glucoside increases P-ERK, ERK, P-Akt (Ser473), P-PI3K, and PDX-1. Isorhamnetin 3-O-glucoside downregulates C/EBPα and inhibits lipase. Isorhamnetin 3-O-glucoside reduces lipids and inhibits obesity[1][2][3][4][5]. In Vitro:Isorhamnetin 3-O-glucoside (100 μM; 2 h) significantly increases insulin secretion in INS-1 rat insulin-secreting β-cells[2].
Isorhamnetin-3-O-glucoside (10-500 μM) inhibits lipase in a concentration-dependent manner in the lipase inhibitory activity assay[3].
Isorhamnetin-3-O-glucoside (250 μM; during differentiation (8 days in total)) significantly inhibits lipid accumulation in 3T3-L1 preadipocytes[3].
Isorhamnetin-3-O-glucosylrhamnoside (24 h) shows an inhibitory effect on the viability of HT-29 RFP cells, with an IC50 value of 53.72 μg/mL[5].
In Vivo:Isorhamnetin-3-O-glucoside (50 mg/kg; p.o.; daily; 20 days) significantly reduces body weight gain, feed efficiency, and epididymal tissue weight in db/db obesity mice, and also decreases LDL levels and slightly reduces total cholesterol levels[3].
